To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of your tour. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Please ensure that all payment details are accurate to avoid any delays in processing.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour are non-refundable.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Indo Paradise reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or local events. We will do our best to provide you with an alternative that maintains the quality of your experience. Any significant changes will be communicated to you promptly.

4. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings. Indo Paradise is not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your trip.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Indo Paradise is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your tour. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all travelers to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, guides, and local communities. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined.
